Demi Lovato and Alex Welch have settled their differences after Lovato allegedly gave the backup dancer a black eye, Welch’s attorney said Thursday.

The Disney star reportedly fought with Welch during the Jonas Brothers tour in October, leaving the dancer with a black eye.

Welch’s lawyer had threatened a lawsuit against the Lovato over the October 31st incident, saying that his client was left with a black eye, suffered emotionally after the altercation and consulted a plastic surgeon with regard to the physical injury she sustained.

Then, Lovato ended up quitting the Jonas tour and checked herself into rehab “for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time.”

But now, the issues between the two “been resolved amicably and completely,” attorney Donald Karpel told E! News.

Demi Lovato, who is currently in rehab dealing with personal issues, was threatened with legal action by her dancer, Alex Welch, after Lovato lashed out at her in October.

Welch claims Demi punched her and that she was left with a black eye and bruised cheekbone. After the fight, Demi decided to enter rehab and leave the Jonas Brothers tour.

Lawyers for both Demi and Alex Welch have reached an agreement to avoid going to court.

Welch’s attorney, Donald Karpel, told TMZ.com, “The parties are satisfied and the dispute has been resolved amicably and completely.
