Jessica Tata, Owner of Daycare Where Four Kids Died|Houston: Day Care Owner Flees After Charges

Tata has been charged with reckless injury to a child involving serious bodily injury, but more charges can be added.
Investigators say Tata left the daycare while there was a pot containing oil being heated on an electric stove which, really, is the height of either stupidity or neglect.
