Wednesday, a picture surfaced on an Argentinian website showing the two holding hands at an undisclosed time and location. The photo reportedly followed up on an eight-page spread earlier published in an Argentinian celebrity magazine concerning a romantic rendezvous between the former governor and 43-year-old María Belén Chapur in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
