Patrick started the show at 400 pounds and he leaves weighing 219 -- and with a quarter of a million dollars lining his pockets. He beat out Alfrado "Frado" Dinten, who came in second after losing 162 pounds.

Ada Wong came in third, losing 99 pounds. Elizabeth Ruiz lost 77 pounds and was eliminated by the viewers before the final weigh-in. Meanwhile, back at his house in New Jersey, bartender and recruiter Mark Pinkhasovich won the $100,000 "stay-at-home" prize. Though he was eliminated just before the finale, Mark dropped 213 pounds -- over half of his original starting weight.

Patrick is currently a stay-at-home kind of guy himself. He's an unemployed former salesman who lives in Vicksburg, Mississippi. "2010 was a rough year for me," he told Alison Sweeney. "Winning this gives me freedom." But Patrick may not be a stay-at-home dad for much longer. He's been offered a job at the Mindstream Academy in South Carolina, a school that specializes in helping overweight teens.
