WEC 53 card in Glendale will go down as the final night of fighting in the organization’s history.
And one particular maneuver performed during the night’s event has the internet buzzing.
In the 5th and final round of the night’s main event, Anthony Pettis scaled the side of cage and in one motion, delivered a kick to the side of Ben Henderson’s head, bringing the crowd to their feet and giving Pettis a unanimous decision victory, the WEC lightweight title and earned him an opportunity to meet either Frankie Edgar or Gray Maynard for the UFC lightweight title.
